Delivery and returns

Made to order

Every table is made to order, which usually takes 10–12 weeks. When it's ready, we'll arrange a delivery day with you.

Delivery in mainland UK

Delivery is free to mainland UK, excluding Northern Ireland and the Highlands. Our own two-person team of specialists delivers your table. We'll give you a delivery day, then our delivery team will phone you and try to give you a four-hour delivery window on the day.

Northern Ireland, the Highlands and islands, and outside the UK

We deliver internationally, with a specialist delivery team for mainland Europe. Table prices are the same as in the UK, delivery is quoted for your address, and you pay by invoice within 7 days of receiving it. Quotes are valid for 28 days. We start making your table once it's paid. To get a quote, add your tables to your cart and choose Request a delivery quote.

The areas quoted separately are Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

When your table arrives

Please check your table carefully when it's delivered, before you sign for it, and report any damage immediately, while our team is with you. Photos help. Marble is a natural stone, so differences in colour and veining aren't a fault.

Returns

If your table is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Our terms of sale explain your rights.

Because every table is cut to your order, we can't take back tables that aren't faulty. You can cancel your order until the stone for your table has been ordered and cut; our terms of sale explain how.
